The traditional method for opening the electron shells of noble gas atoms involves a strong electronegative atom or group. However, this approach is limited to only heavy noble‐gas atoms, such as Kr and Xe. Electrochemical synthesis of gold nanoparticles on the surface of pyrolytic graphite using penicillin as a stabilizing reagent was proposed. The gold nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, IR spectra, UV spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction spectra. J-AT nucleoside-based organogelators 1a and 1b were designed and synthesized. They were endowed with unparalleled superiority to natural nucleobase analogues 26 to gelate aromatic solvents due to their excellent self-assembly properties. The J-AT nucleoside-based organogelators showed a specific self-complementary base pair recognition characteristic. The gel stabilities of 1a and 1b were drastically influenced by adenine analogue 2, hardly affected by thymine analogue 3, uracil analogue 4, cytosine analogue 5, and mildly interrupted by guanine analogue 6.  相似文献

The nitrogen-based nucleophile generated from azodicarboxylate and triphenylphosphine displayed good reactivity toward benzofuran-2,3-diones to generate a variety of spirocyclic benzofuran-2-one derivatives. The reactions accommodate a number of benzofuran-2,3-diones and different dialkylazodicarboxylates to give the enriched functionalized 3-spirooxadiazole benzofuran-2-ones with moderate to good yields (up to 93%).  相似文献

The Schiff base ligand, 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐5‐hydroxypyrazole‐4‐methylene‐8′‐quinolineimine, and its CuII, ZnII, and NiII complexes were synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of the ZnII complex was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, indicating that the metal ions and Schiff base ligand can form mononuclear six‐coordination complexes with 1:1 metal‐to‐ligand stoichiometry at the metal ions as centers. The binding mechanism and affinity of the ligand and its metal complexes to calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) were investigated by UV/Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence titration spectroscopy, EB displacement experiments, and viscosity measurements, indicating that the free ligand and its metal complexes can bind to DNA via an intercalation mode with the binding constants at the order of magnitude of 105–106 M –1, and the metal complexes can bind to DNA more strongly than the free ligand alone. In addition, antioxidant activities of the ligand and its metal complexes were investigated through scavenging effects for hydroxyl radical in vitro, indicating that the compounds show stronger antioxidant activities than some standard antioxidants, such as mannitol. The ligand and its metal complexes were subjected to cytotoxic tests, and experimental results indicated that the metal complexes show significant cytotoxic activity against lung cancer A 549 cells.  相似文献

The structure and activity of RNase A in sodium dodecyl sulphate solutions were investigated at 25.0±0.1 and pH 7.00. The results show that with increasing sodium dodecyl sulphate concentration, the structure of RNase A is collapsed gradually, however, the activity of RNase A is first increased and then decreased. Two Schiff base transitional metal complexes bearing morpholine side chains were synthesized and characterized, and were used as a simulative hydrolase in the catalytic hydrolysis of p‐nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP) in this article. A mechanism of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis in the Brij35 micellar solution was proposed and supported by the results of the spectral analysis and the kinetic calculation. The kinetic model of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis was studied. The some kinetic and the thermodynamic constants on the catalytic reaction were calculated. The results of the study show that the metallomicelle made up of the Schiff base transitional metal complexes and Brij35 micelle revealed a good catalytic activity in PNPP catalytic hydrolysis; the rate of the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis is increased following the increase of the pH values in the buffer solution and affected by the polarization action of metal ion of complex.  相似文献
